Brooke Shang will be the host for this event. Brooke is so many things, a mother, a wife, a real estate investor, a management consultant, and a coach. After learning about different strategies in real estate investing, Brooke has been actively involved in various deals. She was able to replace her management consulting income with the cash flow in her portfolio over 3 years while working, learning, networking, traveling, and raising two kids.
“Your network is your net worth.” Brooke has always been generous in sharing her wealth of knowledge, connecting people, and helping new investors. Her ethics, professionalism, and appreciative nature have earned her the trust of her investors and a great network of friends in the real estate circle. Together with her investors and a growing power team, she continues to expand her portfolios in Canada and the US using different strategies, including lease options, income properties, wholesale and private lending.
Brooke has an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University and a Hons. BA from the University of Toronto in Economics & Environmental Studies. Currently, she continues to work as a management consultant while expanding her real estate business. Brooke is into personal development and does not believe in excuses. “If you cannot solve a problem, you are part of the problem.” She is constantly looking for ways to be more and do more. Her goal is to be financially free on her terms and help others to create wealth through real estate.
