Andrew Cowe
Tim Tsai
Co-Founder | Investor | Educator
Tim Tsai is the co-founder of Trust Your Talent Academy and an active real estate investor with experience across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. After achieving early financial independence through disciplined investing and education, Tim focused on building an academy centered on structured learning, clear decision-making, and practical investing frameworks informed by his background in investing, sales, and strategic planning.
To this day, Tim continues to be an active investor as he believes investing is a “lead by example” venture.
With the investment he made in his own financial education, Tim became financially free in 2 years (25 months to be exact) after his first training. In the past few years, Tim has built cash-flowing portfolios in Canada, US and the UK, using a variety of strategies – income properties, lease options (residential and commercial), creative financing, flipping, wholesale, infill development, mobile home parks, etc.
Tim has learned the power of connecting people first hand: helping people reach their goals. This has been at the core of his business model. Today, he is passionately paying it forward, helping others increase their financial education through real estate investing.
His previous career experience included internet marketing, B2B sales for small and medium sized businesses, mass marketing campaigns, sales management, direct marketing and strategic business planning. These collective experiences have equipped Tim with the skills and fundamental knowledge of how to create truly win-win scenarios for his business associates and investors.

Rey Salazar
Co-Founder | Investor | Educator
Rey Salazar, co-founder and coach at Trust Your Talent Academy with a background in corporate sales and real estate investing since 2011. His experience across multiple strategies and market conditions informs a practical, methodical approach to education, focused on helping students build confidence through structured learning and informed analysis.
He is a passionate investor and coach with Trust Your Talent. Here, Rey coaches novice investors into investor champions! He cut his teeth in the corporate world of sales. winning awards from multinational corporations. However, working long hours making someone else rich was not Rey’s chosen path; so he broke out on his own.
Since starting his investing journey in 2011 he has continuously challenged himself to new markets and different strategies. He has started his experience teaching others how to swim and save others. Eventually leveraging his experience teaching and investing to teach Robert Kiyosaki’s learnings.
Rey believes in empowering the individual to change the lives of the community. “A rising tide lifts all boats.” When not poring over excel spreadsheets Rey relaxes over a hot wok preparing multi course feasts or indulging his competitive side over board games; often at the same time!
